• Data controller: Tamchy SFIT is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data through the Portal.
• Data collected: We collect identification data, identity document data, corporate data, and technical/usage data as necessary for Portal services.
• Purposes: Your data is processed for registration, application processing, communication, support, analytics, legal compliance, and security.
• Legal bases: Processing is based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, vital interests, or public interest.
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. You may also lodge complaints through the Portal's Support service or the ICDR.
• Consent: Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time through your Personal Account or through the Portal's Support service, without affecting prior processing.
• Data sharing: We may share data with Tamchy SFIT bodies, government authorities, IT service providers, and professional advisers. We do not sell your data.
• Cross-border transfers: Transfers outside Kyrgyzstan are subject to Transfer Risk Assessments and appropriate safeguards.
• Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary. Account data: active period + 3 years. Application data: residency period + 5 years.
• Security: We implement encryption, access controls, regular audits, and industry-standard security measures (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2).
• Breach notification: In case of a high-risk data breach, affected users will be notified without undue delay with details and recommended actions.
