• Acceptance: By registering or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and all other applicable Policies.
• Eligibility: The Portal is available to individuals aged 18 and above and to authorized representatives of legal entities.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately through the Portal's Support service.
• Services: The Portal provides registration, application submission and tracking, access to regulatory materials, document management, and communication.
• Your obligations: Provide accurate information, keep your data up to date, and refrain from any unlawful or disruptive use of the Portal.
• Intellectual property: All Portal content belongs to Tamchy SFIT or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Portal.
• Privacy: Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Tamchy SFIT Data Protection Regulations and the Privacy Policy published on the Portal.
• Disclaimers: The Portal is provided "as is." Tamchy SFIT is not liable for temporary unavailability, third-party actions, or decisions you make based on Portal information.
• Amendments: Material changes to these Terms are communicated at least 14 business days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by Applicable Law within Tamchy SFIT. Disputes may be resolved through the ICDR or the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
