Bakyt Sydykov
Deputy Chairman of the Management Council of the Tamchy SFIT
Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. Special Representative of the President for Sanctions Policy and Sanctions Risk Mitigation. He has spent over 20 years holding various senior positions in the financial and economic sector of the government. Prior to his appointment as minister, he headed the Department of Political and Economic Research of the Presidential Administration. Previously, he held key positions in the Ministry of Finance and in the Ministry of Economy. Mr. Sydykov has experience overseeing sustainable development initiatives and donor and grant assistance. He has an MA in International Relations (from Kyrgyz International University) and an MA in Economics (from Ritsumeikan University, Japan).
Ayaz Baetov
Chairman of the Management Council of the Tamchy SFIT
Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United Nations in New York, a Doctor of Law. He was the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2021 to 2026 and served as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. Previously, he was an officer at the Western European Desk of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and headed the International Law Department of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Center for Court Representation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ali Ijaz Ahmad
First Deputy Chairman of the Management Council of the Tamchy SFIT
A finance professional with 20 years of experience managing international assets and investments. Co-founder and managing partner of the Singapore-based firm Makara Capital. He has held executive and advisory roles at Morgan Stanley, the World Bank, The Carlyle Group, and Goldman Sachs. As an advisor to government agencies, he serves on the board of directors of the Intellectual Property Office (IPOS) and on Singapore’s government Committee of the Future Economy. A graduate of Harvard and Columbia Universities.
